First order great, second order not so good and third and last order horrible.

Food delivery was late and when it came my food was cold. I ordered a mini munchy box the kebab meat was like rubber chips under cooked. I was certain will not order food again

muchy box is tidy. chips are a bit lacking in quality but not terrible at all. guy in there who served me is sound and food was quick

No point asking what your having on your food as never comes with it. Also 2/3 times now iv wrote something in comments and never been acknowledged. Shame as u use here allot but sick of my order coming dry with non of the selected condiments

Food good and speedy - forgot our salad and sauces though :(

I ordered last night tried To call after delivery no answer the order was wrong and chips were half cooked

Love erbil food always tastes good and is hot ! Delivery driver always friendly & on time !

Made sure all accommodations were met and made sure I got food after a slight misunderstanding. Great as always :)

Ordered online for collection, food was ready on time and all added requests met. Food quality amazing, crisp, fresh and delicious.

Roll wasnt fresh was day before

Chips where lovely as always but the roll wasn’t fresh was hard so couldn’t eat the roll and went in bin

Roll was so hard and crispy u couldn eat it as it wasn’t fresh like other ones I’ve had I never ate it was disgusting 🤮

Food not great and very cold

40 minutes late, food was cold and had to be reheated

Chips were cold and roll was like it had been lyin as it was crispy as bein left out and I’ve never had to compromise lain as food and service is normally lovely but not today 😞
